Welcome to Baja Kayak Adventures! Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking any tours with us. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings must be made through our website or via phone. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

  • Prices are listed in Mexican Pesos and U.S Dollars and may be subject to change.

  • We accept debit card, credit card, bank transfer, Stripe, PayPal or cash.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 or more days before the tour: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made 2 days before the tour: 50% refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour: No refund.

  • In the event of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Baja Kayak Adventures reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the tour, with a full refund provided.

3. Participant Responsibilities

  • All participants must be in good health and able to meet the physical demands of the tour. Please disclose any medical conditions when booking.

  • Participants are required to follow all safety instructions given by the tour guide.

  • For intermediate and advanced tours, prior kayaking experience is strongly recommended.

4. Liability

  • By booking a tour with Baja Kayak Adventures, you agree to participate at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the tour.

  • It is recommended that participants have personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities.

5. Equipment

  • All necessary kayaking and snorkeling equipment (kayaks, paddles, goggles, snorkel, life vests) will be provided.

  • Participants are responsible for any loose or damage caused to the equipment due to negligence or misuse.

6. Environmental and Safety Practices

  • We follow Leave No Trace principles and ask all participants to respect the environment by minimizing their impact on the local ecosystem.

  • Participants must comply with all safety guidelines, including wearing life vests at all times.

7. Age Restrictions

  • Beginner Tours: Suitable for ages 12 and up. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

  • Intermediate and Advanced Tours: Suitable for ages 16 and up, with a signed waiver for minors.

8. Changes to the Terms

  • Baja Kayak Adventures reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued participation in tours after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Baja California Sur, Mexico. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baja California Sur.
